The apartment has a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed, a master bedroom and a bathroom. During your stay you will not have to worry about bringing towels and linen which will be provided clean for you.
The apartment also has air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer and a TV with amazon + Netflix that can be used in your favourite language. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, boiler and toaster if you wish to cook in instead of going out.

In a 1800 building we rent a modern, fully renovated apartment with all the amenities you could ask for a delightful Italian experience (air con, Wi-Fi, Lavazza coffee machine with caps, kettle, toaster, flat screen tv with streaming services. The futon opens into a comfortable bed making this apt the perfect choice for families who want to explore the city with maximum freedom. The location is absolutely fantastic to explore the city being few steps away from the metro station (2 stops away from colosseum!) In the area there are also numerous choices in term of pizza gelato and other shops and bars. You can walk almost everywhere in the centre of the city from here.
The apt is very similar to Monti Colosseum : 1 master bedroom, one kitchen-living room with a sofa bed. This apt is perfect for families because the toilet is en-suite of the master bedroom. It also feature a very nice balcony.
